Breezy Shipping Policy

We currently ship anywhere in South Africa via Aramex.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time: 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location (sourced and dispatched via our fulfilment partner).
• Shipping cost: R90 flat rate on all orders.
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order ships via Aramex. Track your parcel at aramex.com.
• Delayed or lost parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at saidytareq99@gmail.com and we'll investigate with Aramex directly.
• Address accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.
